Banana Bread Loaves/Muffins
Ingredients
2-3 very ripe Bananas, peeled
1/3 C. Butter, melted
3/4 C. Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch Salt
1 1/2 C All-Purpose Flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease Loaf or Muffin Pan
- Mix in the baking soda and salt.
- Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Mix in the flour.
- Pour or scoop the batter into your prepared loaf pan/muffin pan.
- If you are using the loaf pan, bake banana bread for 1 hour to and hour and 10 minutes. (Check bread after 45 minutes for doneness.
- If making muffin pan bake for approximately 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
