Cool Whip Frosting

  Ingredients 1 C. Cold Milk 1/4 C. Powdered Sugar 8 oz Cool Whip 1 small (3.5 oz) box any flavor dry Pudding Mix (chocolate or vanilla) Directions Add Cold Milk, dry pudding mix, and powdered sugar into a mixing bowl. Beat with whisk for 2 minutes. Gently fold in Cool Whip. Spread on Cake. Enjoy!

BBQ Mini Pies

Ingredients 1 lb Ground Beef 2 Pkgs Refrigerated biscuits BBQ Sauce (whatever kind you like) Grated Cheese Salt (to taste) Pepper (to taste) Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season and Cook Ground Beef until browned and cooked through. While Meat is cooking flatten each biscuit into muffin tins (1 biscuit per tin). After meat is browned add in BBQ sauce enough to cover the meat and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Spoon meat mixture into flattened biscuits and then top with shredded cheese. Bake approximately 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Enjoy!

Banana Bread Loaves/Muffins

Ingredients 2-3 very ripe Bananas, peeled 1/3 C. Butter, melted 3/4 C. Sugar 1 Egg, beaten 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Baking Soda Pinch Salt 1 1/2 C All-Purpose Flour Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease Loaf or Muffin Pan Mix in the baking soda and salt.  Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.  Mix in the flour. Pour or scoop the batter into your prepared loaf pan/muffin pan. If you are using the loaf pan , bake banana bread for 1 hour to and hour and 10 minutes. (Check bread after 45 minutes for doneness. If making muffin pan  bake for approximately 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
